I’ve now owned two of these, one hooded and one without. The first one lasted close to 3 years and I’m currently still using the second one. I do most of my welding in a shop in NC. During winter time I’ll wear this jacket nearly five days a week and maybe wash it once a month. As well as wear it during summer months too. These things just last and last. Great protection for what I’d call midweight thickness. I’ll continue to but shirts and jackets from up in smoke if they keep making quality stuff like these.

On my second one. They are well made and save me a lot of money on welding shirts. Would definitely recommend.
